By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PRODUCT INFORMATION  
Our products are made from natural stone. Variations in color, texture, shape, and pattern are normal and not considered defects.

ORDER PROCESSING  
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.  
Processing time may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

SHIPPING  
We ship orders within the United States.  
Delivery time depends on the destination and the selected carrier.  
We may use carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight services for oversized items.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

ALL SALES FINAL  
Due to the unique and fragile nature of natural stone sinks:
• No returns  
• No exchanges  
• No cancellations after the order is placed  

SHIPPING DAMAGE  
Damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.  
We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
Berzin Group LLC is not responsible for:
• installation errors  
• damage caused after delivery  
• misuse or alteration of products  
• incidental or consequential damages  

GOVERNING LAW  
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
