Refund policy
We specialize in handcrafted natural stone bathroom sinks and stone products.
Each item is individually made and selected. Natural variations in color, texture, weight, shape, surface irregularities, and stone structure are inherent characteristics of natural stone and do not constitute defects.
All products are reviewed, photographed, and approved by the customer prior to shipment. Items are not shipped without customer confirmation.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the heavy, fragile, handcrafted, and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted, except in the limited cases described below.
ACCEPTABLE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
A return or exchange may be accepted only if one of the following conditions is met:
• The incorrect item was shipped (wrong SKU or product)
• A manufacturing defect is present that was not visible in the original approved photos
• The item arrived damaged due to shipping and the damage is confirmed by the carrier
Customer preference, design taste, size reconsideration, or subjective dissatisfaction are not valid reasons for return or exchange.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• The item must not be installed, modified, or altered
• The item must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED ITEMS (SHIPPING DAMAGE)
If your item arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The following documentation is required:
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the exterior and interior of the shipping box
• Photos of all packaging materials
• Photo of the shipping label
• Order number
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but is not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier and cannot replace or refund such orders.
We may assist with carrier documentation upon request, but liability remains with the carrier.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable under all circumstances:
• Natural stone sinks
• Custom, handmade, or one-of-a-kind items
• Items approved by the customer prior to shipment
• Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
• Used, installed, or altered products
